Good Afternoon ,
The recent events in M3G4 have prompted some unforseen restructuring and changes in the balance of power around regions extending from Obe right upto Geminate region.
After the Chaos that ensued for a few hours a meeting was held between the PR chiefs and Strategy advisors of Biomass Cartel and Paladins fo the Red Skull .
It has been agreed to combine our forces for mutual growth and benefit of both cores .. as well as to aid the benefit of our other pre-existing allies.
I ,Chandragupta, on behalf of the cores concerned would like to inform the EVE Universe of the formation of the NEW PIRATE ALLIANCE.
We dont claim any region . We dont pirate under the pretexts of allowing u safety if u pay us for passes and what not.
We do what our name says . We do what we have been known to do since the birth of EVE.
MEMBERS OF THE ALLIANCE :(Includes members who we were allied with before the recent events and therefore those members are by default members of this alliance .):

Biomass Cartel
Scenites
Angels Of Wrath
Mercenary Frigates
This list may be subject to change and editing over the next few days .

So you aren't changing what you do, and you aren't all moving anywhere, so how is this any different than the current situation? Is this just a couple of NAPs between pirate corps? Are you all going to come running to help when Merc Frigs succeed in getting someone to declare war on them in .9 space?

Either NVA have totally lost their collective wits, or this is a fairly well thought out way to get some sympathy for TTI. either venal is free or it isn't. any secret cooperation between NVA and you would have its cover blown the first time someone gets blown up on the way in.

Miss Constantine, please read my post before you attack me. in this post ChandraGupta stated that this new pirate alliance was secretly cooperating with the NVA. I offered 2 explainations for this statement.
