Because he's lived in a C5 for the last 6 months... but you're right he doesn't have the standard cookie cutter requirements most C5 corps demand... instead he lived in a corp that had numerous dread and archon pilots and more than enough Loki pilots. Those things were on his skill queue but other holes were plugged first, and the corp was more than happy with how he performed because whether you are aware or not some corps actually play to have fun not maximise ISK per hour.
Just to make you happy I'll change the title to Ex WH pilot - not that I exist to make you happy and if you feel the need to refute or discuss it further feel free to take it to the wormhole forum as I'm trying to sell this toon and limited to either acknowledging a bid or a daily bump. I'm not here to have a discussion on what you deem to be required for a C5 pilot.
Right - this account expires in 6 days at which time he's either sold or mothballed - I'd prefer sold
