Fubie did not make this declaration unilaterally. The Curse Coalition CEOs all agreed on our stance. So, quit busting his chops.

The Curse Coalition consists of sixteen different corporations with (at last count) 368 members. No, I wonĘt post a list of the CC members but I will happily send one to the Stain and Fountain Alliance CEOs upon request. Curse Coalition member corps should all have ***Proud Member of the Curse Coalition*** in their corporation description.

Yes, we played nice and agreed to join this alliance of *******s (buttocks orifices). Once we realized our new friends had no intentions of being a legitimate alliance we quickly got our people to safe locations and severed our ties the pirates. Pirates and those who support them will not be aloud to operate freely in Curse.

It will take time and we have no illusions this will be an easy fight but we will remove this blight from Curse and we will join forces with anyone who has the same goal.

P.S. There is the BoPs answer to the CA "Tax". We do not support piracy.

TERROR, LOL, you are the biggest laugh I have ever seen, and this is why CC will go down in flames. Your intell lacks any intelligence at all. Your so called facts are scewed with rediculous claims. Your entire CC is made up of backstabbers, liars, and cowards that hire other corps to do their dirty work.
Hmmm... lets have Fubie deny that.. looks like the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.

Hmmm time for a little background story:

Once upon a time....

The first line says it all. We all know what kind of stories begin with "once upon a time".

The facts to note: The Red Corsairs where members of and supported by the old Curse Alliance.

Pirates and those who support them will not be tolerated by the Curse Coalition in any way, shape, or form. The only reason we even agreed on the NAP with the old CA was because we where informed the Red Corsairs had agreed to give up piracy. As previously stated we are willing to be open minded and give people who have seen the error of their ways a chance at a legitimate living. The Red Corsairs did not give up piracy and when they started shooting at our members we went after them and their supporters.

Only one thing I'd like to know, how the corps of the CC can join CA in the first place..

Reread the news release. It clearly states the CC joined the CA with the assumption they would cease their pirate activities. CA members did not cease their illegal activities so CC left the CA.

One of the CC's core values is that of opening the door to anyone regardless of their past, even pirates, as long as they are willing to give up their evil ways.

CA members not only continue to conduct pirate operations but they have stepped up such operations under the guise of a war with the Stain Alliance and is taking the opportunity to attack anyone and everyone anywhere near Curse outside Empire Space. They are also shifting people around and into front corporations to conduct piracy and covert operations in other regions.

Having (2 nights ago) been podded by Bach of your corp, in his scorpion while I was in a Badger, about 20 jumps from Curse and heading AWAY (towards Wicked Creek), I would beg to differ.

Do your pilots just shoot everyone they don't know or even care to talk to? If so, get off the moral high ground or change your rules of engagement.

Since the CA has set up front companies to hide their true intentions and you where spotted a few systems away from one of their mining operations and we where unable to id you, you where shot with the assumption you where supporintg the CA operation.

Unfortunatly we do shoot everyone suspected of aiding the enemy. We don't have time to play 20 quesitons to figure out what side you are on and we will occasionally make mistakes.

War is a messy ugly thing. Mistakes will be made and some innocent people will be killed. If you don't want to get hurt stay away from the Curse and surronding regions until the CA menace is removed from the area, after that you will be free to travel, trade and mine in the area. If we destroyed your ship and we can confirm it was an accident and you where NOT aiding the enemy we will make an effort to replace your ship or compenstate you in some way.

Don't beliebve me? Ask the White Sands Consortium. I settled a claim with them under similar circumstances.

If you where not working with the Curse Alliance we apologize for your loss. Please avoid the war zone until such time as peace and order can be restored to the region.

Everyone should note.. Cruse the and surronding area are is one large war zone and should be avoided. We would like nothing more than to target just CA ships but they have a proven history of employing deceptive tacts and we can not allow them to operate freely in the area in non-flagged ships. The area should be avoided until such time as peace and order are restored and the the Curse Alliance of Pirates is neutralized.

I'm really getting tired of reading post like this.....

I'm sure you are tired of posts like this. CA would like nothing more than to see an endless stream of victems to wander into your pirate blockades in the region.

The CC on the other hand would like to see innocent people stay clear of the war zone so they are not murdered by CA piartes or accidently shot in our scum removal operations.
