Does someone knows how to get a Raven Navy Issue (except escrow ofcourse) or a Blueprint of Raven Navy Issue? Do I have to do missions in Caldary Navy or something else?

Mission for a Caldari corporation, yes. It doesn't have to be Cal Navy.
When you amass 200,000 loyalty points (unless they changed it), you may be offered a Navy Raven blueprint (1-run copy) in exchange for a wagonload of ISK's. At 500,000LPs, you can be offered one in exchange for some tags and bits and bobs; 600,000LPs, and you can trade a regular Raven for a Navy Issue version.
It's a long term project, whichever way you do it. ________________________________________________

I dont understand why it was to be that difficult? Get all these LPs and do missions forever in order to get a Raven Navy Issue

In 500,000 LP you get a Blueprint Original with unlimited number of productions? or a 1-run copy again?

1 Run or limited run at least. You don't get faction ship BPOs ever.
And it takes that long because they're supposed to be rare and uber, not easy to get. - - - - - - - - - -

730K Lp and counting. Never got a CNR offer so far.
Even if you hit the potential quota it is not automatically given. Just that you know.

I was told that ONLY the Caldari Navy would give this offer, not just any Caldari corp. I was also told that there was a minimum corp standing of something like 9.5 for the offer. I have no knowledge of the subject, that is just what I have heard.

There are two ways. First is grind missions for a Caldari faction corp, navy or not doesn't matter, as long as it belongs to the FACTION. Same goes for the other faction ships.
Second is the Otitoh COSMOS system, you'll find a navy agent in space who will have the offer right away but you will need 9.6 or even higher standing.
Josh Foiritan made a semi comprehensive post about it, search it.

I think the COSMOS requirement is now 9.9 standing with the Caldari Faction and you can get a 2 Run BPC.

9.9? Damn, they increased it (used to be 9.8).
I'm on 9.78 and I've run out of Cosmos missions to boost my standing quickly.
Bah, back to Motsu and the grind, grind, grind I guess...

I got my CNR 1 run BPC from a Ishukone Corporation agent, so I can confirm it's not Caldari Navy Only. It cost me 200k LPs, and 500m ISK. I heard that the ISK requirement had been dropped to 300m, but have seen nothing to confirm this yet.

doesnt have to be navy. as far as i know you can do missions for Caldari navy, Home guard, spacelane patrol, ishukone watch. and in the last patch they changed the base offer to 220k lp or so i believe, i am not 100% on that, i have been sitting at 220klp for about 2 weeks waiting on my homeguard agent to offer me another CNR bpc.
its honestly not all that hard to get 200k lp fairl quickly. if you have decent social skills and you use a good agent (quality 15+) on level 4 missions you should be getting about 4-8k lp per mission. so a few good weeks of missions and all thats left is the waiting on the offer part.

Caldari missions.
LP: There is no longer an offer at 200k.
There is an offer at 500k for very expensive tags.
There is reported to be an offer at 600k for the nexus chip and trade goods, but it's either very rare now or removed.
There is a 5 run offer at 2.8m(?) for tags, less expensive tags than the 500k offer I believe.

I think they have raised the bar on this big time, my view is that it is probably quicker to raise the 1.5 bill cash and buy it off escrow from one of the people who managed to get one before they decided to make it waaaayyy harder for the rest of us have nots.
Nerfing the newbie again thanks.

The cosmos agents offering bpc's for navy ships are currently dissabled, only way now to get a navy ship is to run missions for an agent in a corp aligned with the chosen faction.

Hi all, I can confirm that there is still an offer for a CNR at 500k LP's, the offer requires the following:- 1 unit of Estamel Tharchon's Tag 1 unit of Taisu Magdesh's Insignia 1 unit of Dread Guristas Crystal tag 10 units of Guristas Diamond Tag 10 units of Guristas Platinum Tag + 500000 Loyalty Points.
However, I did not recieve this offer until I had over 700k LP's. Since then i have rec'd it twice. (Still can't track down Estamel Tharchon's Tag). Rare officer spawn. The other tags needed i have priced up and could buy for approx 150 mil.
Gonna keep going and see if I can get the offer that is supposed to be for 600K LP's, not sure if this one is still in game. From my experience above, Im expecting it to start appearing at 800k LP's, if it still exists!!!
PS if anyone has Estamel's tag and wants to help out a poor pilot who can barely face another mission, the please convo me or eve mail me in game.

Probably because of all the effort they¦ve put into the game already.

I have no issue with that, my issues is when CCP change the game later so that we can't follow to same path to get a CNR that they did we now have to do at least double the effort to get a CNR that you needed before.
SO if you got one great if you don't then sucks to be you, now that I have an issue with.

You can find a CNR for about 1.5 bln on escrow. I don't know what's faster, getting the needed LP's or making the needed ISK ? |

Well if you have the 1.5b for a CNR then you still have to get the needed isk for actually fitting a CNR the way its suppose to be fit.
I mean whats the use of flying a 1.5b ship to fit 100m of T2 on it.

Not to mention now we only have long boring deadspace missions that take 3 times longer and give less rewards.

I've never bothered much about the whole cosmos thing but I'am starting to wonder what it is ^_^ Please direct me to good posts about it, the eve-files one found in the top sticky here is behaving tricky, it downloads the file and opens it localy in firefox, seems to be that way with all eve-files.com ? But it gave me a slight idea, even if I can't read anything else because thoose files dont exist localy on my compy -_-

I'd agree CCP does have a way of shutting the stable door long after the horse has run away, but unless you played on day 1, there'll always be someone older who took advantage of a game mechanic that no longer exists.
I've been playing on and off over 3 years but I still feel a pang of envy when I hear about ppl mining Ark in empire, getting thousands of Harvester drones etc from convoy drops etc.. Its the same for all of us - don't let it get to you...there's way more opportunity for isk-making now than in the old days.
As someone else said, if you can afford to fit out a CNR as it deserves to be fitted, just buy one. If you cant, fly a normal raven and put some decent fitting on it.

When you say fitted how it deserves to be fitted does that mean cruise launcher 2s, gist x type hardeners and gist amp, gist b type xl sb and dread guristas ballistics? or are we talking even more uber than that?
I had some x type hardeners and they only give about an extra 2% resists more than tech 2 hardeners due to stacking penalties so i sold them.
Be interested to read a totaly uber cnr fitting if anyone can share some ideas.
