Seriously how long do you need to wait before they answer your ticket?
I made a ticket about a billing issue and im waiting already for 3 days and still no reply.
This is a very ****** service. |

Just wait harder, and don't discuss support stuff on here.
It can take a number of days to respond to anything - just sit and wait it out.

This will definately speed up your (Im sure) very deserving support ticket.
Shout louder, Im sure that will encourage the two people that handle the 3000 tickets a day to put yours to the top of the list.

Depending on how intelligible you are and what category you filed the ticket, it can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 5 weeks.
