I would like to buy a starter or intermediate Tengu pilot. Some shield & heavy assault missile skills are preferred.
Budget: 4-6bil max
No need to post pilots over 450 ISK per SP

I have a character that I'm probably going to get rid of in the next day or so that should be right in your budget. Only has just under 9m SP, so should be pretty easy to close a deal out. |
