I get a permaban, no e-mail telling me why exactly, and can still post on the forums?
Don't mind the lock, but can somebody send a GM my way to tell me what the hell is going on..

And get an answer back in a week, if ever? I already have an outstanding one on a GTC scam that hasn't gotten any response yet...
I figured this would be quicker.
edit: And to clarify, I thought banned characters were prevented from posting? Am I wrong? Being banned is a whole new experiance for me

No idea really.
Personally I think it's all relatively funny, since I was under the impression that banned characters are banned from the forums as well, but I'm not. An e-mail saying specifically why they banned me would be nice though. The reason given in the little note is about the vaguest one possible. I don't know if i'm allowed to say exactly what it was, but it pretty much covers every possible bannable offense in the game...

You'll just get told to create a new petition I guess, last time this thread popped up it was suggested to petition harrasment as that's what the GM was doing (and it'll get you a faster response)

The forum servers are separate from the EVE servers. You may have to wait for downtime. Assuming a mod doesn't see this first and hasten the process :)
Ask a question is the way to go. I'd say follow their Procedures and do your best to plead your side.

If you want to dispute a perma-ban, file a petition under "other" or use the Petitions button to the left. If you have a GTC scam petition Use "Exploit" in game. Those have utmost priority and are usually responded to within and hour. Asking for a GM on the forums will not do you a single thing.
You mean to tell me, theres a game that goes with the forums?
