Can anyone tell me where exactly is the agent in Cistuvaert that I need to speak to in order to take the certificate to Avrue Auz?
I got told the agent was at a data center but I can't find it anywhere.

I'm stuck as well. I have pulled up info for all the systems near where she mentioned and none list a data center that I can see.

I certainly hope someone can help with this, although I highly suspect that my mission will Expire before someone can help...
It's the "License to Fly (prequel)" quest. For Gallenteans, we need to go to Cistuvaert, Duripant and Buorynes (or something like that) and speak with an agent, who instructs us that we need to speak to someone in "one of the data centres in one of the systems adjacent to (cistuvaert, duripantor buorynes)". The only thing is when I go to any of the adjacent systems, there no such thing as a data centre, and none of the people in the stations in all adjacent star systems have anything to say to me....

I am having the same trouble. There is an agent from Creodron named Avrue Auz, who requests that you speak with one of her agents in one of 3 systems. I have been searching for these agents and cannot find them either in the stations or in space near any of the stargates, stations or celestial bodies. If anyone has done this mission please clue me in.

I have looked all over the forums for an answer to this one, and long ago there was talk that this mission was faulty, and needed to be fixed in one of the patches. I now get the feeling that it is 'broken', and the offer will simply expire as it did with me.

I spent a couple of hours on this last night with no success.
However there is a storyline agent in one of the systems mentioned that is in the same Corp as Avrue Auz - but its a level II agent and won't speak to me.
I'm work at the moment and can't get the name, but I'm wondering if talking to that agent will progress the mission. I'll check more when I get home.

I asked in the mission channel yesterday. somebody said the mission was broken, so I petitioned it, and a GM replied it was a cosmos misison so I had to find the solution myself.

The mission isn't ready yet. I sent a petition, and that's what they said. Nice how quick the response was (took them just 5-10 minutes to get back to me).

I had the same problem - put in a petition, and a superfast GM cleared it from my journal so I could do it when it becomes available.

I found graduation papers to all the 4 races on the first mission the agent sent me on.

I spoke with the agent in Abenync. That agent gave me the signed certificate to take to Avrue Auz. I completed Avrue Auz's mission(s). She gave me a token to take to another agent, who exists in the database, but not in the game. He has not been enabled yet.

Helpful thread
Basically, you need to go to a Federation Datacenter in a system near those 3 agent systems. Don't worry, you don't have to do all three. And the Datacenter is like a deadspace, just warp to it and talk with the agent-in-space to get a mission for the graduation certificates.
Then go talk to Avrue Auz
