I guess that is one way to get people out of empire. Eventually, they will probably nerf empire Veld mining, too.

How did they nerf ice mining?
That's like saying that they nerfed missions by moving your agent to the next system.

You don't see how they are nerfing it? They will move all ice mining to low sec.
As for your comment about moving agents around.. yes, it would be a nerf if they moved them to low sec

I suggest you learn to read as well as you jump to conclusions.
Ice belts will still be in high sec empire, just not high traffic hub systems.

Not all ice will be moved to low sec. Only the heavily populated systems.
Plus, it will help keep down the reports of ice macrominers

thats why when they created a whole expansion behind trying to get players to leave hi sec (Exodus). It worked wonders right?

Did you even read the thread?
Read the news when I logged in. It said that inner-empire ice belts are going away and the same thing will be happening with more of them. Leads me to believe that they will continue until all empire belts are gone.
