IF CCP removed all supers from the game, what would you want to receive back to make you feel 'whole again'?
For example of an expected reply:
- FULL ISK returned
- useless skill points returned to the pool
- Characters docked high sec
- Security status bumped up to -1.9 (if under)
Anything else you would need?

Personally, I think the chances of it dying are grossly blown out of proportion. Subject for another thread I guess as this thread is about wondering what would be needed by the current owners to buy em back. Cash for clunkers investigation.

I don't think CCP has much to fear if they pulled them then really reading the posts.
Repayment seems quite reasonable / acceptable.
Provided structures get normalized inline with the potential DPS an entity could muster, a much needed change of game play would ensue.
Reasons for insulating yourself by having thousands of blues you can't shoot would disintegrate. What once was a luxury will become a burden when they only prevent you from making ISK (unless you are an indy character selling stuff to them).
Such clustering will soon yield to chaos, loosening the bowels of 'intestine heavy' entities.
Argue all you want about people clustering up. You would just sound moronic as clustering up will serve no useful purpose. It will just mean you have to compete harder against people you really don't know to make your ISK.
You'll spread out and move on or stagnate as your wallet withers.
Ex-Titan/SuperCap owners will start the next phase with a very healthy wallet and hopefully create something new for us all to read about. If they want to sit on their ISK and pee it away, that's their business. Not everyone needs their hands held after the first 2 years playing this game.
If that's not for you, then please move on.
