I will not satisfied with anything less than the ability to paint my ships in the glorious colors of the Sperg Revolution against the nefarious nullsec cartels and their sheeple renters.

What the hell is a "military-like color"? If you want to look at it from a historical perspective, seriously, Google 16th century uniforms.
If you're not looking at it historically, I don't recall seeing many gold military uniforms in the last century, so what are the Amarr ships? |

Changing skins willy nilly to whatever the player fancies is problematic as all the other players will not have a copy of that skin.
Hence either only you will see the new skin OR you need the system to send a copy of the custom skin to everyone that is capable of viewing your ship. In the case of Jita a 1000 or more players. There is a good chance this will cause bandwidth issues. |

You won't need a copy of the skin. You will instead need a small data packet that defines how assets you do have are applied to the ship to generate the skin. |

"Fuchsia" is the term you're looking for and it's a shade of red (on the purplish side).
It comes in:
- french fuchsia
- fashion fuchsia
- rose fuchsia
- purple fuchsia
- crayola fuchsia
- fandango fuchsia
- another-one-I-can't-remember fuchsia
The color that I think you want is shock-pink or shocking-pink which is close to fashion fuchsia only more saturated (as to make your eyes bleed as your retina sizzles in pain)
