BPCs weigh just over 0. In other words as long as there is some cargo space available you can get it in.
A MWD, cap battery and a nanofiber are probably what to put on it.
But really, you should just trash the BPC and buy one in safe empire. You may not even have docking rights to collect the BPC.

Assuming you have docking rights to the station. A condor with Cap battery II , MWD II, Local Overdrive, will cost you around 1.5m and can reach around 3km/s. This will get you to gates quickly, but will be pretty much insta-pop to anything camping a gate. It would be best to use the map to avoid systems that look like they have a gate camp, maybe warp in at a larger distance so you can spot any ships earlier (wont help for warping into systems though, only out) . Another possibility is to get an escort from your corp, whichever way you decide to go its not going to be easy.

same condor using T1 will cost next to nothing and won't fare much worse if you meet a serious gatecamping (bubbles, dictors, mean stuff ...)
Or you could go there in a shuttle, AFK, and pray, or just drop the bpc and buy one in empire, depends on how much you value your implants. _

First business is to check if you've got docking rights. If the station is named oddly, then nine times out of ten, you haven't got docking rights. If it's a typical NPC station name, you might be able to get out there. Buy some bookmarks for the region off of your local regional escrow market, will cost you about 20-30 million, though, and it might be scam (although oddly, few scam you when it comes to selling bookmarks off escrow). Get the 0.0 regions that you'll be going through.
Edit: actually, if you've got bookmarks for all 0.0 and low sec regions you'll be going through, then a shuttle will be the best ship! New sig coming soonÖ By "soon" I do not necessarily mean "this year" |

It's a blueprint copy for a raven he bought. Last time I looked they were going for a million or two.
Not worth buying a minimum of 1 BM set for that.
And likely not worth the time spent and risk taken to go and get it.

WTB MWD II for < 1.5m

Seems I dont have docking rights. Is this a scam to lure newbies like me in 0.0 space?

Not really, 0.0 players often put their stuff on escrow on "available to all" because they have friendly alliances that have docking rights and are potential buyers. It's not their fault that you do not check the blueprint's location before claiming it.
