I recently tried to reactivate my second account via credit card, i got the credit card not approved error, I'd appreciate it if you would tell me why... there is plenty of money on the card.
I also tried a debit card, I got the same error.

Not blocking cookies from the site... More than enough cash on the card... Able to use the card normally for other crap... Created a petition more than 32 hours ago, but nobody answered it yet... Bleh... 
I wouldn't curse, whine, grumble & complain so much, it's just that I've just bought my first indy ship, which I can't use on the trial account... grrrr lol
just put the word beer somewhere in your petition, you will get a response immediately

I had this same problem with my account too. All it is, theft that the banks use, incase they see any weird purchases. Like places you normally dont buy stuff from. That gives them a red flag and they freeze your account. You will need to call the 1800 number behind your credit card in order to fix it, cause you wont be able to use that card at all.
