This is the fifth BMBE shareholder report.
This post is a placeholder for the fifth BMBE shareholder report.
It's purpose is to be a place I can direct people towards (so I only have to explain things once)
BMBE shareholder reports are slated for the first (full) weekend of a new month, but I usually get alot of mails regading them before that time (hence the reason for this post)
The text of this post will be replaced with the text of the actual shareholder report, when the time comes.

Hi TS & EMFI,
TS - Whats the ETA on the report? I'm becoming more and more interested in investing each time you do one.
EMFI - I'm slowing beginning to actually understand the call options (yes its taken a few reads  ). Surely though the fact there are a healthy number of shares left at base ipo price on the exchange means that an option on BMBE just now isnt really worth it. Unless these existing shares all go in the immediate short term and we see some actual share price movement?

That is the whole point, as an optionholder you can sit back and watch the report, then watch all the available stock at IPO price being bought up and then watch to see if the stock rises to 60m or stays at 52m... exercise in teh first case (profit!) or let it expire in the 2nd case :)

Not really - just set up as a PLC for status purposes. All shares owned by two people, both of which are directors although not in same corp.
Why? Want to throw some isk my way

Well - assuming all the isk they have is loaned out it could be a really good month - depends on the details of the loans etc, but I am hoping for a good result.
Time, as they say, will tell.

Anticipated for the report being 'on time' after specifically mentioning the weekend.

request/suggestion: a static address (perhaps "www.BIG-EVE.com/bmbe/investors/" ) where we can find, at the very least, a link to the most recent report/placeholder. i had to use google to find this thread, since eve's site is botched lately ><

What actually happened is that I took out a 50 billion ISK loan, and used a 2-run Caldari Shuttle BPC as collateral. TS read it as "Erebus", and gave me the money.

How do you advertise for new clients? I mean I believe noone know you got oodles of isk to lend out... I talked to some people that were looking for loans and didn't bother talking to you because you were all loaned out.
Maybe you could have some of your staff put on marketing :) <joke> they are getting paid ennough anyways </joke>

i donated my shares to my corp wallet, and the management team says thanks =)
good job, nobody claimed it was like winning at lottery. but so far there has been a decent amount every month
and this bulletin helps a lot to know what's up =)
