CCP Blue Framework is encountering a problem and needs to close. The error screen pops up on loogin to game, preventing me from completing login. Occasionally, login completes but game crashes shortly after login. The error occurred most immediately when ventrillo is running, and after closing vent AND rebooting then I eventually logged into game yesterday. Today, I didn't start with ventrillo open and I'm getting the same problem.
ALthough it was possible yesterday to eventually log in, I haven't been successful yet today after several attempts.
Should I assume repeatedly bringing up the error screen isn't good for the client and just stay offline until you issue a solution?
This same problem happens on both my IAC accounts.
CCP, please give us a solution?

Are you saying that I need to upgrade to VISTA to play EvE?

Somewhere between the third and tenth attempt to log in seems to work, but this is getting really old.
Log In, Load Character, Enter ... then, immediate CCP problem box:
CCP Blue Framework has encountered a problem and needs to close.
BOOM - MicroSoft Error Reporting Box and no client.
Due to no similar posts, perhaps I should just assume it's my computer. Even though I never ever had this problem prior to this audio beta release.
Or, perhaps Bill Gates released a new version of windows to replace WIndows XP. I remember the same **** happening on my older computers every time a new version of windows comes out. Every time I typed in something special to solve one problem, it created two new problems. I didn't sign up to be a beta tester... I don't have time for it.

Edited by: Bluebear8 on 13/03/2007 01:09:20 Yeah, Mintaric. That's why I don't try messing with that stuff. IMHO, either the game works on Windows XP, or it doesn't. At the moment, it's not working properly.
Trying to log in under these conditions is like trying to push a square peg into a round hole. Times two for two accounts to "log in".
btw, this error does not show "trinity.dll" or anything like that. It's just a BLUEFRAMEWORK PROBLEM ...
