ok, first off.
How old is this character ingame?
If its as noob as you say it is, you can't chain anything bigger than 4k pirates. Takes a lot of those to make a million iskies.
You didn't invent chaining. Lets see here, oh ya we did, and we did it over 3 years ago.
NPCs cannot block a gate, yes they can make it a pain for ur hauler w/out instas. But normally you can make it through any npc gate camp with any ship fitted anyway you like.
But you prolly invented instas as well, and were being smarter than us by not using one.
Theres another form of chaining you prolly didn't get to read about in eve-o. Its called noob chaining. By being a lame person this tends to happen to you. Yet you prolly invented that as well, so you know more than us.
By the way you type, I would really be wary of using your search engine, as it looks a little dislexic.

This thread is not about me. You are missing the point. It's about TBB having a corp with an ex-pirate of -1.2.
The person declared on the corp channel to pirate me if I encounter her. When I said "Hey wait, I thought this alliance is about anti-pirate", the person threatened to also pod me as well (to destroy my implants as well). Then her friends joked "Ransom him for 1 ISK."
I said "Hey, if we don't get along, just part. Please put me on ignore." The person said "See you in my class". What kind of class is that? Piracy? Cowardness? Does the person even have a respect for law and the spirit of the alliance? As if the person has the right to pirate at any time she wishes. And pirate against your very own corp member. That's very sad.
While the enemy SAS were harrassing TBB causing many alliance members stuck in the station in 0.0, this person were not doing squat. This person do have friends though. They would gang up to complain the the corp CEO to kick me out. Yet they never once orgainize to make a stand against the enemy. That's pathetic.
I bet this person would never dare to pirate against strong peeps like Bob but rather, pick one newbies like me.
In conclusion, what kind of an alliance that is anti-pirates like TBB to have that behavior as such?

You do realize that one can get a negative security status for shooting pirates in low security space?

WTS: Clue....And a box of tissues...
Who cares if he's a pirate, maybe he got it from killing enemies of your alliance in low security space? If you knew so much about the game, you'd know that could happen.
And just because they threatened to pod you, doesn't mean an alliance of hundreds/thousands/whatever are represented by one member with a -1.2 SS......FFS that's not even bad. And the reason he wanted to pod you in the first place wasn't because you're a new player, it's because you made a retarded comment about someone and their real life.
Actually learn the game instead of say you know this and that from reading. Reading and experiencing something are two different things.
Anyways.....enough logic in this thread.
LAWL YOU NOOB!

It appears to me that your corp had a hard time to accept a smart gamer like me to rise too fast. Some "strong" players in your corp ganged up agains me.
When dealing with real people in an MMO, it helps to be more diplomatic. You have so far come across as an arrogant little person - coming in and saying "I know everything there is to know about Eve because I've researched it all in Google before quitting my previous game and coming here" is simply put, flamebait.
Try adjusting your attitude, and you may find that people are friendlier and more accomodating.

RE
My corp have accused me to be an spy from another alliance. They queried me a series of questions for example how do I know about where to go, and the precise sec rating. I said I got it from Ombey map.
They did not even know what is Ombey map. Then they asked me how I found it. And so on and so on. I answered those series of questions and successfully proved that I was not a spy, just happened to be too smart for them.
Then they hated me for revealing my intelligence.
In real life, I am fine in the office because all people I am working with has a college degree. I will not be surprised some of the people I meet in this game are high school drop-outs and/or unemployed teenagers living under their parents' house-basements. I do have a hard time communicate with those.
I will admit, I do lack some social skill to handle those. But hey, cannot please all. Ok, so I might not be a charmer. But I think I don't deserve to be single out and gang lynch by some groupie.
That "strong" player declared in the open channel of the corp that she was an ex-pirate and killed for fun. And she gave herself a right to kill again anytime she sees fit. So much for the anti-pirate spirit of TBB. That is the real issue.
The show of bulliness is another thing. She and her friend threatened to pod me and bullied me. That's kinda mean isn't it?
On one instance, they claimed I was mad for losing my ship, did they ever feel sorry for a newbie to loose a loaded destroyer? 1M for ship and 1M for equipment? I don't think so, they all have big epeens and are bunch of bullies, not nice at all.

Edited by: Kibayasu Iella on 04/07/2006 07:14:09 You paid 2 million isk to buy and outfit a destroyer? You need a new supplier.
Oh, and look at that, gone from "you were all abused as children" to "omg you're all so dumb compared to me and look, I have a piece of paper that says so!"
You really, really, really, really, REALLY, don't want to be taken seriously, do you?

This is the sort of statement that causes people to dislike you, threaten to pod you and other general nastiness. Did you ever stop to think, maybe it was you who has been causing all the hatred? Like I advised before - engage your attitude adjuster thrusters, and maybe you'll orbit better.

One thing for sure, the people in my office don't swear profanity. They act very profesionally. Granted, in college I was never once taught or commanded, "Thou shall not swear." It just to my observation, the people I met in the university and at work are a lot more comfortable for me to talk to.
Please notice, I do not swear. Could you please talk at my level. Don't resort to swearing? Even when I lost my ship, I did not swear at all. :) -Gunzu-

To the mods: I know it's a flame, and possibly insulting so i apologise in advance, i just can't resist.
To Gunzet: 'Mate, if all the village idiots in all the villages in the whole world, were to leave all their villages and form their own village..of idiots; in that village..of idiots, YOU would be the village idiot.'

You don't need to swear to be rude or insulting. Just take a closer read at your previous posts. It's the holier-than-thou attitude that gets under the skin.

Seriously dude.
You need to burn your toon & try again, 'cos this one's marked for life.
Oh, and never, EVER tell people that you "researched the game for a month" and are therefore great.
You're not great. There's people in this game that have played continuously since closed beta. That's over 3 years.
Even if you did manage to get a good working knowledge of game mechanics, that don't matter squat until you have enough SPs to do something with those mechanics.
I ain't even gonna start on what can happen if you're ignorant of the social climate & politics of Eve.
There are very few 2nd chances in Eve. You can't respec characters, you can't change characters' names, you can't change servers.
Kill your toon man - he's finished... ____________________________________________
