-Must be active.
-Must be a teamplayer.
-Be able to take constructive criticism.

Preferences:
-Minimum 1mil SP
-Have an alt for isk making or bulk transport. (Isk making is not a priority in this corp. You will need to be self-sufficient. However, you can make a decent living cashing in LP.)
-Be able to fly Cruisers well.
