Firstly you will need your character's ID number. To get this you can simply click on your own portrait. It's last numeric number in the adress. Then use this url
http://myeve.eve-online.com/character/xml.asp?characterID=123456789
where 123456789 is your character's ID number
PLEASE!!! How can i get my character ID number??? I don't understand... Where to click on my own portrait?

Choose "My Character" in the links to the left of the forums. This will take you to a little picture of your character. If you rightclick on that (or just move the mouse over the picture) you can get the ID.
But it is so muh easier to get the whole XML file. Leftclick on the picture, then rightclick on the part where it says XML DATA and save as a file...

Well, at least the OP clarified that typing an address into the address bar is not hacking. I was always a little unclear on that issue, and was afraid I was hacking the whole interweb using IE.
It was worth necroing just for that.

I was one of the people for whom the xml file could not be acessed directly from the site on my home comp, thank you this aproach works.

The OP was having problems with the site, problems getting TO the needed page, it kept cycling him back to the char selection window or somesuch. But the charsheets were ENABLED.
Whenever the charsheet is disabled, there's no workaround.
Oh and by the way, EVEMon has no problems getting the charsheet when it's not disabled.
You only get that problem for manual XML downloading/accessing.
