I wish I could join in on the fun, but Repercussus members aren't allowed to enter. That just means more loot for the rest of you! |

Wow! Almost 1 million m3 in ship prizes, all packaged. There are going to be some very happy capsuleers at the end of this. |

Vurreis Enaka wrote:Thedaius wrote:The easiest way I found to setup Singularity is to create a new folder; I used "SISI" and copy your eve client. Once the copy is done; then create a short cut to the launcher in the new folder. Then go into the properties of the new short cut and modify the target location to something similar to "D:\SISI\EVE\eve.exe" /server:Singularity this will launch the singularity server instead of TQ...
This will not work for Steam users how can we participate without messing with our TQ client ?
I made a folder in C: called "evetest". I then copied everything, except for any .patch or .download files, to the evetest folder. After that, I went into the "launcher" folder of evetest and made a shortcut of the launcher.exe file on my desktop, named "Singularity". Finally, I changed the properties of the shortcut to read, "C:\evetest\launcher\launcher.exe /server:Singularity".
Then, I launched the new launcher and it went to Singularity. Warning: Once you star the launcher for Singularity, you will automatically update the launcher and probably have to re-start it. Moreover, you're going to have to download the Singularity patch, which is over 6 GBs. That will take a long time, so I would suggest you do this before the day of the actual event. |

I was impressed how so many pilots formed up into fleets and worked to stay one step ahead of the hunters. You certainly made our jobs a lot harder than we expected. Good job to all!
I'm proud of the central organizing committee who worked on this for so many hours over several weeks/months. They did a splendid job, and I was happy to have been a part of this. And thank you CCP Falcon, CCP Leeloo, and all of CCP who helped to make this a memorable event.
Can't wait for next year. ;) |
