It's just the test server and it's early monday morning, if you can't get sisi to work then leave it and wait for CCP to fix it, but don't expect anything to happen at the moment.

On the plus side, I haven't seen this much distress at not being able to get on the test server for a long time. It's rather a good sign, if you think about it.
