Yes that's right, I like them. You see, I was going through my assets today and realized I have a lot of useless crap laying around. Rather than trash it all, I figured why not donate it to those poor escrow bots who are just trying to make a decent living?
Congrats whoever claimed my 2 dozen or so 0 isk escrows of useless junk all over the galaxy, and thanks for the free waste removal service!
Well.... not completely free considering the 850isk escrow charge, but that money was well worth the amusing convos

The bot is a piece of code. A person could very well be at the computer watching the loot come in.

Have you seen the video demonstrating the escrow bot?
Python code injection is extremely easy, and a quick google will lead you to sites where you can download such tools. Its not "plausible that its just regular people," it is most certainly, 100%, escrow bots using python code injection.

100% definately bots? lol, if you say so.
I saw one vid of some guy putting ammo on escrow, proved nothing, anyone can claim at that speed. I'm sure there may be some people attempting to use such bots, but I'm also sure there's many many more people using alts to camp escrow while doing other stuff.. Infact I'm more than sure, I know it's the case.

Escrow takes quite a bit of time to load, if you've ever used it. Its impossible to claim at that speed without a bot.

try it yourself - any number of escrows at any time of day sniped within the same wallet blink is not a person sniping, mmkay...

move all your isk out of your wallet; set to "only affordable" hey presto, insta-load. A bot would not recieve the data any quicker, anyway.
People doing it? Well 15,000 online, if only 3 people are doing it at any one time then the escrows will go pretty instantly.. And I'd guess there's more than 3 people at anyone time considering how people bring this up reguarly on the forums lately.

peeps to be honest spend their days looking for escrow sniping (reselling) find something thats below normal market value buy it and sell it to some other smuck that will pay more for it.

theres no point in claiming a lot of the stuff ppl put on now because of those buts
but it is impossible either way pep :|
wallet or not they claimed the exact second after and u cant reload escrow that fast ;p

Listen, I shoved 1 unit of trit into escrow at 0-100 ISK one time, 5 times, even 10 times in a row as fast as I could. Every time the wallet blinks: for the 850 ISK fee... and the escrow being claimed in the same second. Two entries, same second. 
If it weren't for the fee, I would make a lot of money selling trit for 100 ISK...

Brilliant idea mate. When i get home, i gonna go escrow all my worthless crap. And who knows. I may buy a pile of trit, and start escrowing each peice, just to **** the cheaters off.
And yes, they are cheaters. As they are using code to get an adventage over others in the game. Hence, its bannable.

I went 7 pages back in google, and foud nothing.
I still don't think there are bots, i've claimed a few 0,0 isk recently (haven't beeng trying much tho tbh) - if there were bots I doubt I could "beat" them.

Escrow-bots only exists because CCP doesen't implement an automated method to catch them.
A bot needs a valid pair of username/password in order to connect to the server and therefore uniquely identifies the character. Since the exact time of setting up an escrow, claiming it and its price are infos normally handled by their data model, it would be trivial to add to the claiming procedure a check which detects the delay between entering an escrow and its claim. If the delay is suspiciously short, you flag the user. If the same user gets flagged X times a day, then you have a candidate for ban.
There's no way that you may repeatedly catch escrows in less than 500 milliseconds after their creation by using manually the escrow interface.

I'm not doubting that there are escrow bots DS (I commented on it long before the recent influx of posts about it).
However, I think you are underestimating quite how fast you can actually camp escrow manually.
It can load instantly, and only show the 0isk stuff.
Anything appearing on the escrow list (which can be refreshed very quickly) is good to claim.

I am sure you would keep claiming when you got 15 times 1 unit of garbage from a escrow that says "one unit of garbage".

We all know that most of the eve players don't know what they do. But nobody is repeatedly claiming a escrow that says "one unit of garbage".
The problem with this test is that we cant tell who is claiming it. That's why i am going to petition that case because a GM should be able to see it.

Actually the other day I was escrowing something to my alt and saw a 0.0 isk escrow even had time to check what it was and then claim it
