It would be interesting to know if the primary cause is everyone petitioning everything, or a lack of people on the other end to handle them. Perhaps 'simplifying' the reimbursement procedures and making it available in-game has opened the floodgates.

That's sad the petition response time takes longer than a billing cycle.
 CCP should charge $1 for every reimbursment petition. If the petition is denied, they keep it, if its valid, they return it. That would get rid of the bogus petitions.  |

yep, 32 days and counting here. Worst part is i allready got a new petition ready.
2e petition isnt a bad petition either. Lost a mega because i got a blackscreen upon undocking.

Know of three people who came out of warp in a pod, personally i lost an Enyo cos 3 minutes after all Frigates were dead in a mission i was still scrambled and webbed
Saying that the only other thing i petitioned was a Mega ages back and i got quite quick response time so i guess its just lately its got bad, but then lately ive heard of more bugs so maybe thats the link,
Response Time = 1 / Number of GM's Active (Number of Bugs in the Server/Seriousness of Bug)

It's been over two weeks for me now ... and tonight the lag crap started again and I lost my ship. So that makes two in about 2 1/2 weeks ... I can handle the mission ...just not the lag that comes with it when the spawn happens ... I mean really what is with the warp meter being maxed and you still sitting there like a deer in the head lights ... I was aligned and everything ... the reason I know this is an issue is that I almost die earlier in the mission when the spawn happened ... but it finally warped out for me ... and then after I warped back in ... no lagg everything was fine ... it only happens when they first spawn in ... But I wasn't so lucky the next time ... just got bent over and lost my ship again to a bug when a spawn happens ... Now it looks like I'll be waiting for a long time to get a responce .... Not fun at all.
