I am an Industrialist
I am in Station with the Ship, Ship Fitting, and all the Modules and Ammo Needed to fit the ship. I want to click fit and have everything installed as well as ammo in the Cargo Bay. (Which reminds me. Can I have cargo also in the ship fitting?)
Problem is I donGÇÖt have the skills to Pilot all the ships that are represented in my Corp. I donGÇÖt want to pilot all those ships. I just want to fit them quickly and trade them back or make them available on contract.
I can set a ship name, but I would also like to Set Ship/Module prices. I would like to click GÇ£sellGÇ¥ and have that price populated on the Market. I would also like to click fit and have all my set prices totaled. I would like the fitting window to produce a query against my assets so that I can see what I have available or have some feedback on how many of these fits I could produce.
What I need most is the ability to sell to corp at corp prices.
For each module on the market I would like to set a Public price as well as a corp price. I would like a tab in the Market window that shows everything that my corp mates have set a corp price on.
My Corpmates are flying to Jita because it takes too long to email me there wish list and wait for a response with prices. I would like for them to fly to my station, open their fit, query the fit against what I have for sale in our own home station, at corp(jita) prices, accept, fit and leave so they can get back in the fight that much quicker.
I am part of an Idny corporation and I have no idea what my corpmates are building or what they have on the market.
ThatGÇÖs another thing. I need corp buy orders. When I produce something I want to sell to people in corp first lest I unknowingly sell on an open market to my enemies.

Currently I get a Fit. Open it. Drag from fit to Inventory. Ooops cant do that. Drag from fit to Asset. Ooops cant do that. Show Info on one of the fits Modules. Drag from info into the Asset search. Drag the asset into the trade window. Ooops cant do that. Drag the asset into a container. Ooops cant do that. Show Info on the same Module. Drag from info into the Inventory search. Ooops cant do that.
Type into Inventory search. Drag into the trade window. Split the stack. Repeat for every item. Consult my spread sheet for every T2 item I have set a corp price on. Calculate the sum. Consult eve central for Jita prices on all metas. Ask do you want ammo with that? Find some way to send an itemized list in chat. Get the ok Offer isk. Accept Accept. Now its time for bed GǪ

You can partially do that already.
Fit a ship and save to fittings Select browse Select ship Choose fit from bottom right, all you need is to have the appropriate items in your hanger.
i think if you save the fit with drones, ammo etc it will do the same.
Or if you are offering your corp fit ships, then just contract the whole package you dont have to physically fit it yourself, just include all the items in the contract... all the pricing stuff you will need to do manually anyway. I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time... like tears in rain... Time to die. |

Like Vartan said, use the Load Fitting option if you can, not sure how that is affected by skills currently though.
The other option is to Assemble the hull and put all the fittings with optional swappable modules, ammo etc in the cargo bay and contract that. |

it all works now -- modules and rigs no longer (as of 22 July) need skills in order to fit.
Rigs -> You will get steep drawbacks. CCP has hinted at increasing them as well.
Modules -- will be OFFLINE.
For the "price setting" gimmick -- use contracts (either "in-game" or "verbal" -- i.e. your CEO has outstanding corp-contracts for "widget" ... or you work out a price to trade them at with whoever is buying.)
Otherwise, you could work with your corp to set up an "out of game" store (website) that shows the "Corp Prices" of doctrine fits (Nullsec entities use stuff like this). One of the bitter points of a good bittervet is the realisation that all those SP don't really do much, and that the newbie is having much more fun with what little he has. - Tippia |

What I am trying to say is that I have already invested in sills toward building all the ships and modules. Skills for mining. invention, PI. SKills for JF. My profession is industry. But I cannot fit a ship that I don't have the skills for. I dont want to fly it. I just want to fit it. This is like building a car factory that doesn't assemble its cars .... I dont want to drive them I just want to build/fit them. I understand that I don't need to skill for the modules and that they will be offline. I now want to fit the ship without "making it active" i guess...
I dont want to be forced to have to trade item by item. I want to click fit and then trade you your ship.
If the fit prices could be calculated , including what I put in the cargo bay that would be sweet. Based on my prices would be best. but average market is a good start. |

This is a step in the the right direction. However I still need to be a skilled pilot in order to fit. I am skilled as a minmatar type pilot. I can build everything for caldari I just can't assemble/fit their ships..... Doesnt make sense to me. |

I have 100s of modules stacked 50 each. I just want to use the fit function so that I can simply select all the modules without having to look up each one to trade you . or split the stacks so that I can contract them to you.
The only thing I gain here is helping others faster. |
