Probably a dumb n00b question, but how do I go about repackaging something to sell it on? I've checked the manual and it doesn't mention it, and I can't find any option that looks likely in game...

Oh, it's quite intuitive.  Simply go to the Repairshop, click the 'items' tab in the upper left, select the item you wish to repackage (then press ok), then either right-click on the item and select 'repackage' or there is a button on the bottom of the repair-screen. That should do it, but it's fairly involved and I may have missed a step. Easy, right?

It took me two weeks to find that when I first started looking for it. In the meantime recycled 2 ships because I couldn't sell them.

heck that is bad. it wasn't even implemented yet when I started. so we just sold outfitted ships to people. with repackaging you can no longer do this, as was the intention

would be really nice to be able to batch repackage, but thats for another forum

right-click -> refine (ore & items)
right-click -> repackage (items)
right-click -> repair (items and ships)
and it should work with mutiple items selected. make it so!

actualy this was brought up in a cms chat. while you can select multiple items by shift clicking. the curent system only allows for one choice
