You can move shuttles in Indys. Take them somewhere you can recycle them. Or don't even use Indys. Eject as you dock and fly back in an egg to get the next one.

Even then, you should be allowed to do what you want with the ship. The fact that the mining is being done by a battleship isn't relevant. The problem lies in the rate of mining being done in high-sec space.

With quick buy you automatically buy the item at the best available price. By placing a buy order, you can specify any price you like, veen if there are none available at that price, and then wait for someone to fill the order.
