I have completed all the tutorials as well as missions for 2 agents. The third agent gave me one mission to deliver some documents. After returning she would only give me a hint as to where the next agent I needed to speak to would be.... at a Data Center adjacent to the system I was in now. Well I have tried looking every way I can to find a data center and can't. Can someone please tell me where this agent is and how you found him/her? I'm not looking for a handout as I want to LEARN how to use the systems to find what I need... but I'm a bit frustrated now. For the life of me I can't see why there is no chat log. If there was I could have just looked the guys name up in an on-line agent database and been done with it :(

There is no third agent.
You're free to do whatever you want, including finding an agent to choose.

Yes I got an e-mail telling me to come see Kazaka Uoraa. When I go to see him he says he has given the missions to other pilots and to come back later. I have come back several times with the same results.

Kazaka Uoraa is a storyline agent. Do you have an Eve-mail from him telling you that he has a mission for you?
If you have a Eve-mail from him, then check your journal you should see an mission listed in yellow that he is waiting for you to accept.
If there is mission listed in your journal and you cannot accept it because he is always busy I would recommend asking for assistance in the in game Help chat channel or filing a petition to get assistance with accepting the mission.
If there is no mission listed in your journal, than you have most likely already completed the available missions for this agent. Go run missions for another agent. It doesn't matter which agent, you will receive an Eve-mail when another storyline mission is available for you. Storyline missions are offered once every 16 missions or so.

I must be blind. Yes I did have another e-mail stateing I had completed that mission. However I have no other agents listed with missions available. As far as I know I have completed every mission that has been offered. The only agent I have been told to see but can't find is the one i mentioned in my first post... the one at the "Data Center".

Well in that case it is just like Dark said. You are free to choose any agent you want. I would recommend using this page to choose a department type that you want to work for. If you want to run mostly combat missions go for Command, Internal Security, or Security agents. If you want mostly courier missions then choose Manufacturing, Production, or Storage agents.
As a new player it really doesn't matter who you work for, or where you set up your home station. Just pick any station you like. Since you are Caldari I would recommend choosing somewhere close to Jita (but not in Jita) so that you have easy access to buy and sell stuff. Choose a station that has a base 50% refining rate would also be recommended.
Beyond that, welcome to EVE, and don't forget to have fun.

OK.. I think I have the hang of this agent thing now. I would like to thank each of you for your quick responses and help.
