I've seen my share of griefing in EVE. My share of scams, ganks, cyberbullying, derps, aspy-fights, awoxes, welps and failcascades. But nothing quite prepared me for this intolerable abuse and wanton cruelty!
CCP, something must be done about this! Think of the children!

Ehhh, does Jade even play Eve anymore? I know he shut down his podcast about a year ago, and handed over control of the alliance he founded not too long afterward. |

Yes, as you can see, out of the kindness of my heart I offered a king's ransom to try to adopt this pitiful, tortured, neglected soul so I could do just that. As you say, there is no in-game recourse other than repeated alpha-clone poddings which can undo the damage that was done. But now I must turn to CCP for help.

I trained tactical shield manipulation to 5. Is there a problem with that? It was missing a dot and didn't line up with all the others.
Is this the bleed through is better argument? If so.... isn't only training it to level 3 better than to level 4? If that's true it appears to be better to not train it at all. Max bleed through gives you max time where you have shield left.
Please teach me how you feel about this skill. |

I'll bite. TSM IV gives you the T2 resist modules, so it's worth training. TSM V takes away the (very) marginal benefit of increased shield regen for a short time with no corresponding benefit, so training it is generally considered a waste.
IOW, there is literally no good reason (OCD is a personal problem, and not subject to game balance) to train TSM V, and one very marginal reason not to.
De'Veldrin's Corallary (to Malcanis' Law): Any idea that seeks to limit the ability of a large nullsec bloc to do something in the name of allowing more small groups into sov null will inevitably make it that much harder for small groups to enter sov null. |

Sure there is. Once you get so far up in SP, and that skill ends up being the lowest time to train skill, and all the other skills are refining skills; then you train it. |

it doesn't.. this was explained a long time ago by a dev , while ccp was fixing the tsm5 bug. |
