Does the nerf still apply if you have a medium tracking enhancer and a low enhancer? If it still nerfs one then which one does it choose to nerf?

Nobody knows?
I know if you stack 2 lowslot tracking speed boosters that they'll nerf and the 2nd one won't be 100% effective, but can you get around this by putting on 1 medslot tracking speed booster and 1 lowslot tracking speed booster?
If they still nerf, which one do they choose to nerf? If the lowslot is always active and then you manually activate the medslot would it nerf the medslots effectiveness? Or would it start all over at base tracking speed, apply the medium slot booster, and then apply the nerf'd lowslot booster?

I'm not sure how the math works, but I am sure the stacking nerf applies.
That being said, however, There is still good cause for using 2-3 tracking enhancers. Any more than that starts to become pointless though.

Still looking for answers to this, don't a little testing on my own and its hard to tell. All I'm trying to figure out is if the medium slot enhancer takes over the "primary" slot once its activated? If not then its the one getting nerf'd and it'd be more sensible to save that medium slot for something else and put another low slot enhancer on.

Just a note: When I used a low-slot sensor enhancer in combination with a medium-slot one, I actually got a longer targetting speed (3.5 seconds) than just using the medium-slot sensor booster (3.2 seconds).

It does aply to low slot tracking enhancers, like the Forier Tracking CPU.

As far as I know (and checked stuff recently), they will be both nerfed (with x^(1/n^0.25)) formula, where x is "normal" bonus (i.e. if you have two modules one givin 1.05, second giving 1.4, modified bonus will be equal (1.05*1.4)^(1/2^0.25)). BUT, if it's range that you're talking about, don't forget that ammo and lens ARE treated as range modifying modules (it's obviously a bug).
