If you're gonna fly a pimp ship, you need to pimp it properly. Imagine an episode of Pimp My Ride where the exterier was sprayed 5 different colours, pin striping, 18" jewel-plated rims, etc. Then you open the door and find stock fittings.
Faction ships don't deserve stock fittings - the deserve as many 9" LCD screens as you can fit, a built-in laptop, some useless accessories that don't actually do anything and a sound system that deafens you the moment you turn it on, regardless of the volume level :P

Otherwise the setup seems sound. Except why the jammer? Its got me stumped. One Hypnos multispec still isnt very good odds at jamming your target.
IIRC dual 650mms don't fit with the MWD (if they do then fit those). As for the multispec, a chance of jamming is better than no chance of jamming.

2 nos and a cap booster will run 2 t2 reps so long as you have boosters and they have cap. With the faction reps, you can generally keep them on manual due to how much they repair.
And damn, I need to find a DG Multispec
