In 2 days Catalyst Reaction will be closing its recruitment doors for quite awhile until we see fit. The main purpose of this post is to find those key pilots that we want to bring into our close knit family. The real question for you is; do you want to be part of our equation?
Catalyst Reaction was established 7 Months ago from today. We were founded upon the principles of making a corp that would break the barriers but while keeping a corp that is relaxed, enjoyable and just all around "fun". To us fun can be blowing things up, to mining, to just sitting on Team Speak and having some good ol' laughs.
Organization is key to our corps development at the rapid rate at which it has emerged. Our corp can have anywhere between 20-100 people online in corp chat and currently summer is making that number actucally be smaller than what it should be. Inactives are removed from the corp once a month to ensure our member count is accurate.
Our members are experinced(5mil sp+) in all sorts of fields from Industrial things to Pvp operations. At first we were established as a pure industrial corp- but to protect our assets and to adapt to the conditions in which we lived in- we adapted.
We base our main operations out of Immensea( 0.0 space) but our home empire base is in Empire (Mannar) where the corp was made. In empire we mostly run our Capital ship building side were we produce our own Dreads, Carriers, and Freighters. While also we have members that love to pirate up their (yarrrr). In 0.0 is where all of the main actions occur such as our crazy industrialist to our roaming gank squads.
The Industrial side of Catalyst Reaction is....well amazing. Daliy our miners mine around 10 freighter loads or more of Ore and still mine Ice as well. They can build almost anything you would need out in 0.0 and well if we can't build it- We will import it. Of course there is plenty more I'd love to say about these guys but I have to keep some things hush hush I guess you could say :P We have plenty of t2 production that goes on from moon harvesting to actucally building t2 things. We try to do everything in house and are working to try and be as independent as possible.
The Pvp side of our corp is simply crazy. We fly by NBSI and I mean these guys will fight until they have no ships left and then still come out in a noob ship to fight. We have some of Eve's best FC's and some great ones in the making. If the odds are not in our favor- who cares its just a ship :). The guys tend to just stay in ltitle roaming gangs, but if need be we can supply around 90+ pilots into battle. Our capital ship side is something that rivals even some alliances and for our corp our age is unmatched. Not to mention in the area we live in we have 7/10, 8/10 and a 10/10 complex.
But overall our corp is a unit, a team, a family. While the leadership of the corp is a followed through Chain of Command which directors in charge of certain aspects of the corp. If you ever need help with anything the corp is here for you. We are only as strong as our weakest link.
What we ask for is your respect, activity and simply for you just be yourself. Other than that- do what you want. We don't make people mine 'x' amount of ore a week and if you don't want to particapte in an op then don't. But the way it works is if you help the corp; the corp helps you.
To be part of our corp you have to have at least 5mil sp and must be able to use Team Speak and a clean history back ground. Realize that even though you may fit these requirements you may not be allowed in the corp. We want people with a sense of humor and that fit our corps atmosphere. But once your in the corp, most people end up staying. We have a very small percentage member leaving rate... but most members that leave are actucally kicked from the corp.

We also are in search of corps that are possibly interested in mergers but the detaials and info of that will have to be done in a private convo. Anything that is discussed and who inquired about that will be kept confidential.
To be truthful; this doesn't even describe our corp fully...there is so much more about us, but to much to type out. And this is kinda of a serious post for me lol.

Catalyst reaction is the place to be...
I have been in many diffrent alliances and corps and never ran in to a corp or allaince as finely tuned as catalyst reaction and chimp alliance is.
I mergered my whole corp do to the kind of guys these guys are.
im not saying anything more as it doesnt need to be said if you want to find out what i mean become a chimp

Outstanding organization, and constantly moving forward to avoiding being stagnant and quitting. Very compitent leaders that listen to even the smallest member, and care about opinions and input everyone may have. Activities every night eigther PVP or Industrial OPS. And I stress just about EVERY night. Best choice I've made in this game so far.

All I can say is.. Thank the Lord the doors are closing.. If anyone asks.. I made Galde stop recruiting.. Corps were threatening to war dec over Galde's mass assimilation plan to take over all of Eve. Btw... Galde still thinks he can surf to the end of the Internet..
My opinion of this corp is no secret.. I am very proud of this corp and it's members. If you are looking for leadership in a manner that treats their people with respect and understands the bridge needed between PVP and Industrial this is the right place for you to be. From Capital production to just plain old blowing things up... Our guys know what they're doing and know how to grow their base in a way that makes Haste the great experiment gone right...
