So, for all items except the #53, the starting bid is 1M ISK and THERE IS NO RESERVE !
Special item : Whelan Machorin's Ballistic Smartlink (item #53) : an amazing implant. Has the same effect than the ZNM1000, but require very little skills to plug it. Starting bid is less than the ZNM1000 price (about 490M in escrow !)
Auction rules for items 01 to 52 :
- Minimum bid : 1M ISK
- Minimum increament : 1M if offer < 50M ISK, 5M if offer is between 50 and 100M ISK and 10M ISK if offer is higher than 100M.

The general rule is that if someone bids on an item in the final 15 minutes (ie, snipes), then that item can still be bid on for 15 minutes after the final bid. If someone else rebids, then the 15 minute timer restarts for that item. This is what "15 minute sniper" means.
As no-one's bid on anything for more than 15 minutes, it's safe to assume that all bids are done. This should just help you sort out any that did go over the 21:00 limit and help ya in the future.

Even if I was wrong which I could very well be and I apologies now for that, but why go back and modify a post 9 mins later, if the post was not modified I wouldn’t be here post now about it, and just accepted that I mist the bid that you did.
But since you did modify your post it put a somewhat doubt that you original post didn’t have those items in them.
Since there no real way of proving who is right or who is wrong, not really sure what to suggest, but in future you really should not go back and modify post so close to auction deadline or this will just happen again.
I leave the decision in the hands of auction holder.
