Not only are suicide ganks annoying but is not even more frustrating when the scum is staying in an NPC corp so you cant even war dec em?

perhaps my point is that if people with -sec are staying in the protection of NPC corps where they are almost immune from war deccing, unlesss they do happen to warp into low sec space that the game mechanics are perhaps being exploited?

Sorry dude, it's come up a thousand times and the solution is the same as always: deal with it.
Yeah it's annoying but CONCORD shoots them down so there's the retribution. That is exactly how the game mechanic is supposed to work.
Try to avoid them, you could use the same approach as people in lowsec - warp to a planet close enough and scan the gate's general area. Might get you used to lowsec navigation if you ever choose to try it.
Your OP didn't even really have a point...
And as far as staying in a newbie corp, that's their choice and there's no stopping someone from doing so no matter what their profession. ___________________________________________
