High Roller Industries is proud to announce its first ever lotto. The winner will be determined by the bonus ball of The UK lotto on July 19th 2006. Each Ticket will be 1.5 million ISK (1500000) and should be sent to "Sir Lotto" with the number(s) you would like (1-49). I will post here as I recive them to confirm that Ive recived the isk Also please post here with the number(s) you would like to insure that someone else doesnt claim the same number. Please eve mail me if you have any questions.

I cannot offer any kinda of protection. Only my word. Since this is my first lotto.
If this is a scam (which is isnt) then your out 1.5mill should you buy a ticket and I get away with a whole 73mill minus the 20million isk I paided to have my signature made as well as the banner. 
This a relatively low risk lotto 1.5mill isnt much. Its about the ammount you can get from a (average) npc battleship spawn in 0.0.
I've explained myself I ask you now to either buy a ticket or stop posting in my thread
If you do wish to buy a ticket then I wish you good luck

the rip you are taking is way to much. if your gonna run a lotto, you only get about 5% of the actuall cost of the item. but to each his own
