But, if its anything longer than a standard sarcastic one liner I try to type in Word, then paste over.

Or you realize its the browser timing out so you refresh the page every time you want to post before you start writing and if it takes you a long time to write you copy/paste. |

My theory is that the "killed" post hapen because there is a rather bad "rage post" detecting script that kill your post to keep some rage off the boards. It's not working well sadly and people have found workaround to counter it's work... |

I never lose a post, if it a quick one it never gets lost anyway.
Otherwise I just save them first before posting, that way they're easy to put back. Don't bother with the new forum automatic save draft, to used to doing it myself in the days before that feature. |
