There's this invention called 'Show Info' and another one called 'Local' (channel). Both are your best friends in this game, they keep you alive and warn you... even if you're a pirate.
Basically... sneaking up to someone is not possible when the opponent actually takes the time to check out the other peeps in a system.
Best early warning in this game!

Actually kaltera, if you had opened your eyes you would have seen that earlier in this post we made a statement. The statement was to the effect that we had used the tactics against swat. Just curious did you complete your reading and comprehension skills before leaving school or did you leave them behind.
But you ask why camp jump in points now. Well my answer is that is where the carebears have forced us. You wanted gate guns everywhere. You got them. So instead of letting you ponder your actions we have instead giving you an chance to you your INGAME MAP features. Feel free to raise yourself about the ignorant status. Pods kill in last 24 hrs, ships destroyed last 24 hrs. Those two map options speak VOLUMES.
The resources are there. Use them or whine. Your choice and apparently you have choosing to whine.

I do not understand. How is it we "noob" pirates are always able to run and hide, yet "non-pirates" always get killed in our ambushes?
I can fly through almost any blockade without incident with my ship set up corectly to do so.
Maybe players should learn to play the game, and quit asking ccp to make the game play them.

my 2c euro:
- a newb is ambushed by 5 battleships, he tries to run away and dies.
- a pirate is ambushed by 5 battleships, he tries to run away and does so.
Both show the same amount of common sense/cowardice (depending on which side of flame you stand), but the later actually makes it.
So tell me, who is the newb here? Who is coward?
