You are welcome to an event starting with the release of Hyperion (August 26) and concluding with the release of Oceanus (September 30).
Current prize pool:

Highsec incursion grinders.
You either love them, or you hate them. I belong to the second group, and I know many of you do too. The incursion grinders are a cancer GÇô a cancer that looks set to spread further, with the Hyperion expansion ensuring that there will always be a highsec incursion available to grind unless three Motherships are blown up within a 24 hour period.
I'm not going to try to convince those of you that disagree with me, that is not the way of EVE. EVE is not about polite argument and civil discourse GÇô those things belong in the real world, not a game. EVE is about forming temporarily alliances for mutual benefit and to impose your will.
I would like to propose such an alliance with you, good reader.
I have vermin I need removed. You have ships, firepower, security status and cunning. In exchange, I offer over six billion ISK in prizes and, above all else, entertainment. I offer targets GÇô wealthy targets GÇô who will sometimes be caught unaware, and who will sometimes set cunning traps and give excellent fights.
You will know where to find them. And when you find them, you will know what to do.
If you don't support my cause, I urge you to avoid incursion systems during the period Hyperion is the most recent release. Those of you that support the incursion grinders can face the same antimatter, phased plasma and drone strikes that your friends will burn in.
Some people aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned or negotiated with. Some people just want to watch the universe burn.
Be the chaos you want to see in the universe.
Contest details:
Various supporters of the New Order (and potentially other individuals, prize donations are still being accepted) are offering prizes for the killing of PVE-oriented ships and support ships in high security space during the entire period that Hyperion is the most recent release. This commences after downtime on August 26 and concludes with the release of the next expansion on September 30.
All prizes will require submission to an API verified killboard or other proof considered acceptable by the judge (me unless stated otherwise).
Where teamwork is involved in the killing of incursion targets (which will be the norm), prizes will be awarded as a single unit to the player with the highest damage listed on the killboard. If you form a fleet for taking part in this contest and care about the prizes, I recommend that you group with people you trust.
Some prizes will require FRAPS confirmation or similar. Judge's decision is final in whether a particular recording is considered acceptable. I am the judge unless specified otherwise.
All loot dropped by euthanized incursion ships belongs to whoever loots it first. Please keep this in mind GÇô consider scooping it fast, and donating some of the proceeds to the competition funds, but if you choose not to do so, I'd rather you scoop it and keep it than your mark gets it back.
This contest overlaps with CODE.'s highsec podkilling contest, which I have also sponsored. Incidents that win prizes in one competition are still eligible to win prizes in the other one.
For 'first to do X' prizes, if one incident qualifies you for multiple prizes, you will receive the prize with the highest ISK value at the time. If noone claims the other prize by the end of the competition, you will also receive that.

Prizes:
Additional prizes may be added. Individuals are welcome to declare their intention to sponsor a prize, and will be able to hold onto the prize until they award it. I accept no liability for prize offers from parties other than myself.
Grand Prize:
Awarded to the largest amount of ISK destroyed or dropped in a single incident of an attack upon incursion runners, in the entire period that Hyperion is the most recent expansion GÇô from downtime August 26 to the release of Oceanus at downtime September 30. (Modules and cargo that do not appear on a killmail, such as items jettisoned in a failed ransom, do not count).
Prize: Four Rattlesnakes.
First Blood:
Awarded to the first confirmed kill of an incursion ship in an incursion site by suicide ganking, after August 26 downtime.
Proof required: a killmail of a ship submitted to me, by EVEmail, before downtime on August 28, plus a screenshot that has the date and time of the kill to the minute in local chat.
Prize: One Rattlesnake
Warm Up:
Awarded to the highest value confirmed kill of an incursion ship in an incursion constellation by suicide ganking, in the first two weeks after August 26 downtime.
Proof required: a killmail of a ship submitted to me, by EVEmail, before downtime on September 9. (For clarification GÇô the kill must both occur and be submitted by that time).
Prize: Two Rattlesnakes
Vexatious Litigant:
Awarded to the first confirmed kill of an incursion ship, in an incursion consellation, by suicide ganking, where at least 90% of the damage dealt was done by Vexors.
Proof required: a killmail of the ship submitted to me, by EVEmail, at any time before this contest expires or I declare it has been awarded.
Prize: Two Ishtars
Even More Vexatious Litigation:
Of all confirmed kills of incursion ships, in an incursion constellation, by suicide ganking, where at least 90% of the damage dealt was done by Vexors, this will be awarded to the one I find funniest.
Proof required: a killmail of the ship submitted to me, by EVEmail, at any time before this contest expires or I declare it has been awarded.
Prize: Two Ishtars
Billionaire No More:
Awarded to the first confirmed kill of a ship with total value (modules fitted, cargo, etc) exceeding three billion ISK.
Proof required: a killmail of the ship submitted to me, by EVEmail, at any time before this contest expires or I declare it has been awarded.
Prize: One PLEX and 315 ISK
Mother Lover:
Of all attacks on highsec incursion runners that take place on the grid of a Mothership encounter, this will be awarded to the incident that makes me laugh the most. Bonus points if you cause the Mothership encounter to fail.
Proof required: Either a killmail (if your attack generates one), or a video of the attack if your strategy is something that does not generate a killmail (such as coordinated bumping of logistics ships that causes the incursion fleet to lose ships to Sansha NPCs)
Prize: Two Rattlesnakes
Is that a knife in your back, or are you just happy to see me?
Of all kills of incursion runners that take place through legal highsec non-wardec combat, this is awarded to the kill that makes guest judge DJEntropy Ovaert laugh the most.
Send your killmails, chat logs and/or FRAPs of any incident you want considered to him.
Proof required: Up to DJ O.
Prize: 1 PLEX.
Mercy Killing:
Failfits. We've all seen one.
This prize is for the destruction of the most absurd failfit incursion ship, as judged by me, during the entire contest.
Proof required: API verified killmail, and my judgement is final.
Prize: 1 Rattlesnake
Hyperception:
This is a joke prize, awarded to the first person to use a Hyperion battleship to gank a Hyperion battleship during the Hyperion expansion (in an incursion site).
Prize: Two Hyperions
Exception to usual rules: The ganking Hyperion need only be on the killmail, and the Hyperion pilot will get the prize, not the highest damage. A kill with one Hyperion and eight other ships will be eligible for this prize.

DJ O and I anticipate losing money on the tags. But we wanted a secure supply of them. If the market changes we can sell them cheap to newbies that are ganking and at market to others.
If I had wanted to market speculate on this event I would have purchased Marauder hulls.

I don't keep track of trivial things such as that, but I am saddened that a pilot was turned away. You may check our website for acceptable Caldari fits that we allow in fleet. |

tbh.... it is 'pointless' to hunt regular empire incursion carebears....
but what would definitely make it fun is to hunt those isoboxer empire incursion runners! I mean, they must be the lord of cancers right? like 10 accounts getting 120-150mil every 4-5 minutes? just get a bunch smartbombing BS and warp on top of them or something |

Its been stated these will likely be run in T3's - pretty hard to gank.
On the otherhand, my WH corp/alliance have discussed going on a ganking rampage in HS for the same cause. See you at the green =)
