The best thing about Eve is the way the political climate ebbs and flows.
So for this question you have too ask this; Is getting back at Sin worth bringing down the whole Curse Alliance on your head?
Remember, my enemy today maybe my friend tomorrow.

Quote: Reverse that.
Is allying with the pirates sinister(and red corsairs/orion syndicate) worth bringing down evolution, and all of the other corps that seek retrobution, onto CA?
Today, in a large battle(evenly matched), CA lost 3 battleships and 3 cruisers, the good guys lost none.
So, we'll keep doing that.
And this has what to do with the original question? Oh right, nothing.
Alliance fight alliance for economical gain and its fun. Would you leave CA alone if Sin was not a member? No, didn't think so.
Any corp is only as good as its members and allies. I don't think at this point in the game any corp can stand alone. Any corp that did try and take on an alliance would soon find themselves broke.
I think for the most part we have moved past corp v corp warfare. It is to costly for most. With alliance warfare we have numbers and resources. Cost are just as high but it is spread out over a much larger player base. The smaller corps can join the fun. Myself I like the way the game is turning. It is alot harder to attack an alliance than a corp if your only motivating factor is something that happened 3 months ago before SA/FA/CC/CA where around.
And one last point, why single out MOO/SIN. I have lost more ships to Evolution than the other 2 and I was not a member of CA/MOO/SIN at the time.

Ya know I didn't call you any names, be nice if you where mature enough to return the favor.
Going back to what I said before, Sinister is now a member of CA. When you attack them now you are attacking the whole alliance, or at least that is the way I see it. Your privlage of course. What they did or didn't do in the past is beside the point. They where accepted.
And that is what I mean by the ever changing political makeup of the game. You in your role of judge and jury have decided to hunt them down. Of course since they are members of CA we will protect them, which in turn means more of your group will protect you. At the end of the day what we have is general warfare in half the known space.
Isn't this fun.

Again, can't stop the name calling.
I am not saying you don't have a grievance, get that through your head. What I am saying is that now, at this time you are not just attacking Sinister but the whole alliance. What don't you get about that. If you understand that and are willing to escalate your vendetta fine.

Quote: Not that that I go along with the name calling, but what exactly does the word 'alliance' mean to you? It's not just a club. You ally with someone who has enemies you should expect to gain a few enemies yourself.
Yes, no question about it. It works both ways.
Quote: You must be completely new.
Can't stop can you.
Quote: Every single person in evolution was well aware we would be fighting all of CA when it was announced that CA was actually stupid enough to admit pirate corporations into their midst(this was after we had announced we would be chasing sinister around and killing them, and anyone who stood up for them). We have been killing CA for a week now.
You understand what you are doing. Maybe not everyone who has a grievance understands it though.
I never had a problem with what you are doing it is part of the game. But it is one thing to go after a corp of 20-30 people and something totally different to attack an alliance of hundreds.
Having fun yet?

I'm letting Darth do my talking from now on. He can say it much better than I can.

Of course they want there money back, but in most cases if it was a corp that stole it from them they don't get it back. Its called bankruptcy or merger.
Just kidding, well maybe not. Think of it this way.
Bankruptcy = someone who quits the game after a life of crime, Lord ZAP maybe or maybe a corp disbands.
Merger = After a life of crime you decide to go legit, join an alliance for the mutual welfare of all concerned.
I'm not saying this well but maybe you get the idea. Restition is something that real only happens in the movies IMO.
