Here we go again.
1) Player buys PLEX from SOMER over affiliate program and gets a ticket, SOMER gets $, lets say 1$ per PLEX (maybe someone has a real number here)
2) Player sells PLEX to SOMER for an ISK price over the market value, let's say 100Mil ISK over the market value
3) SOMER sells the PLEX back to market and gets part of the ISK back
result => 1$ / 100Mil ISK (this is not a real number, I fear the real numbers are even more extreme)
This time, can we cut the discussion short and ask the question right away to CCP?
Is this now the legal way to get RL-$ out of your ISK and is everyone else who is not SOMER Blink allowed to do the same?
Say if I have trillions of ISK but rather had a new yacht in RL, can I enter the affiliate program and do the same? Maybe buy the PLEX for 10Mil ISK more so all the people purchase it from me and not from SOMER?
Last time a lot of people had to make REALLY OBVIOUS examples because all the fanboys and some CCP friends of SOMER denied that it was not illegal RMT (kinda like some people in this thread). Is that really necessary this time? Can CCP finally do to the people behind SOMER what they would do to every other player that would engage in illegal RMT if this is in fact not allowed?

I expect CCP to either abolish NPC corps or removed the posting privileges of NPC corp members, but that's not happening either.
