If you sell the station, so station will get an new owner. How will you be able to rent any offices in that particular station ?

Serious question, does Test Alliance have a younger average pilot? So many of their posts are angsty and aggressive and just stink of the teenage hormones of someone who doesn't realise that this is a game. Particularly the passive aggressive responses to Chribba's posts, who, for most of you, you probably don't realise you use his free online services all the time. The guy tries to have some humility in defeat and this seems to displease you, were you expecting tears? The bloke obviously realises this is a game. |

Camping AFK people is a true sign of strength 
The entire time PL was down there, they sat outside station for maybe for an hour or two every other night, catching random idiots undocking alone, while everyone else just docked up next door and went roaming.
They did give us a fantastic set of bomber kills a couple times.
The reason MM moved to Curse had nothing to do with PL, who had left before word of moving even got out. Try again, sunshine. |

TEST mostly recruits from reddit, maybe that goes some way towards answering your first question.
As for the second part - the idea is to get you angry enough at TEST (for disrespecting Chribba and everything he stands for) that you grab a ship, go to Providence and die to their guns.
TEST doesn't care about Chribba but they think you care about Chribba and that's their reason for attacking "his" system with as much warning and fanfare as possible.
Was a failed try at "If we can't come to them - because of  high-sec - we'll make them come to us". |
