Anyone with any experience in EVE should have experienced this bug.
This is what happened:
Since we were hunting a small number of enemies, we didn't really do it very seriously. So one ship (a scorpion). Jumped in alone. He was targeted by "SWAT" and targeted back. So the rest of us jumped through. Then all the system crashed. It took me maybe 1 minute to get past the loading screen, and then the system looked like this(also note that I'm not really inside the stargate. I'm infact about 600000 km away from it). Most of us never got past the load screen, despite waiting 3 minutes for it. So, the enemy ships all managed to lock and open fire on our first ship. From the time when our 2:nd ship jumped in, this crash started, and none could lock and fire at any ships.
OMG, all of EVE must fear Sphendar's PvP skills.

Let me explain why this conflict started. As Sphendar says, his moa was destroyed by a member of the collective. I was in the same system then. And as Sphendad knows very well, we didn't attack him.
The sole purpose of the destruction of his moa was that he was already KOS to the collective. After this, he declared his intention to attack everyone from Stain.
Regarding the bug. We've lost many ships to bugs earlier without getting them replaced (and also to this specific bug(which I've experienced 5 times)). But you bet that I'm letting CCP know how frustrating this game is due to all bugs.
*edit* And also: "Nowhere near Stain". It was in u-qvwd, which is 6 jumps from Stain. And the system where you lost your moa is declared a WARZONE which you should stay out of if you don't want to loose your ship. (and yes, warnings about this are has also been in the ingame news)

I don't know since I couldn't see a thing(as my pics show). But as I said: One of our scorpions jumped in first. And the system didn't crash until the rest of us jumped in. So maybe our Scorpion killed a Caracal...

Now you are getting it wrong. Triggers didn't CTD. And I didn't say he do. I'm providing you with the pics of what I and the other 6 battleships jumping through experienced. And you should now that if it hadn't happen, all of you would have lost your ships.

Ok, you've obviously never experienced this bug. But very many players have. And all of them understands what I'm saying.

As you can see it's a "common" bug, though it was much more common in beta. And CCP don't like when you post screens of bugs, so most of the screenshots are deleted.

doh! When did your main character get podded by us? Or more than once maybe? I guess you're in one of the CA corps that can't afford to loose more ships.

So we loose ships, yes. And for every ship we loose we destroy 3 enemy ships and build 2 new ships for ourself
