Hopefully next time CCP can get some genuinely unbiased people in to referee rather than the rule bending when we feel like it ones we have now.
It's a shame, I was very interested once the event got going, and it still remains an amazing thing to have pulled off as well as it has been, but theirs just been one thing after another which has slowly spoiled it for me and many others I know.
If its true the groups have been shifted around so IAC and BOB now face off in the final if both teams get that far its a total disgrace, hopefully IAC and BOB are on the same side as it SHOULD be and BOB can remove these lamers from the tournement.
Interesting thing to note as well, is I wonder how this will effect in-game politics, if I were IAC I'd be watching their space closely in the coming months heh.

To give ppl that crash a chance maybe next time the arena could be covered with bubbles. That way they don't warp away if they don't want to

Nobody else has crahsed and you have twice, i think the problem needs to be sorted on your end and not ccp's. And if you added bubbles all over, god the lag would be even more terrible

yep good point but it is quite funny my eve is stable all day but it always crashes on the point right before the match and the last two days in the match.
The rest of the day have no problems (even running 1-3 accounts at the same time)
Well i guess just bad luck but i know that i will never take part in such a tourny again just to many points that i didn't like

There isn't much of a risk if you can't get caught. There is no independant review of referee decisions, no way for players to appeal and no public accountability for GMs. That's a breeding pool for corruption in any situation, especially in a non-accredited competition with a price money of $6000. (mothership divided by 100m a $15 timecard)

I totally agree with DayVV4lkEr. He never had CTDs for a long time, but right now, he had a CTD by accident 2 times??? ...
Naa.. I cant really trust it, i dont know who was responsible for that, shame on you !!!

Logging back into the game after a ctd will look as cheating. If you wait until the match is done to log back they know you didnt try to cheat.

i have 2 logs for ever crash but CCP doesn't even want to know about that. Claiming that i tried to cheat is just a bad excuse!

Having same pilot, CDT'ing 2 times in a raw exactle in the tourn match is a bit strange to say the least. And I'm absolutely sure that if his connection were generally unstable, his alliance wouldn't include him in the team.

I don't want to start insulting or swearing i just took the consequnce that I won't take part on the 3rd tournament and i hope my ally isn't either.

I bet you buy isk, because you talk like someone who does.
A mothership is worht $0, because you own nothing on this game, and if you're pathetic enough to spend thousands of RL dollars for ingame cash then you're a pitiful player.
And how would you know if there is or isn't any risk of them getting caught?
Not everyone cheats to succeed. I'm guessing you played games with a game genie/shark as a kid, and use cheats in FPS.
