You clearly haven't played other games with redditors. The only reason you don't see the mountains of ** spewing out of redditors mouths on reddit is because the **** posts are dropped to the bottom and you never read them. Reddit is just as bad as 4chan or SA. SA is even better because its moderated like ****, whereas reddit is community moderated. Play any other game with a reddit communtiy and you'll see its just like Dreddit: there's srsbzns guys and people who just around. TEST's guys who "** around" are just really, really, really vocal. Between CCP deciding to look at fixing supercaps much too late and the Giant NAP/NIP that has basically killed 85% of null for the game there's really no reason to be in null at all. I had forgotten just how boring this game could be but it's even worse now. This little Test, PL etc. circle-jerk is nothing more than a desparate attempt at stemming the boring state of null and it already has the stink of pathetic on it. The bulk of the blame for that is the players' own fault really. If there was something worth doing I would be all over it, but there isn't. I'm starting to think the loss of NC, BOB and IT were the worst things that ever happened to EVE. Since their passing EVE has been terrible. To be fair I didn't like them either, but at least the game was active and interesting. Those days seem to have passed.

Before all this Incarna stuff and the DRF and D/CF blue-festing I don't think it would have been long until a massive back-stab-orama would have ripped the coalitions apart. See, that stuff leads to a fun game with lots of stories. Now we just talk about bots and supercap fleets that are nothing but "I win!". :p BORING!!!!! I wish I had an answer for how to fix this, but I don't. Supercap nerf won't fix anything when you can put 100+ on the field with full support.

The NRDS coalition, now completely demoralized after taking such a massive beating, are frantically evacuating their remaining stations. If they do not put up a fight for their remaining space, I look forward to spending 15 minutes a night bulldozing through structures, leaving the region in ruins, and watching them spend 8 hours a night shooting stations and ihubs in terribly fit bombers in a soul-sucking effort to retake their space.

I suppose you could run some anoms to help pay for consumables..oh, wait. Provi doesn't have those or much or anything else.

We then used all our blues in our coalition, had a coalition wide deployment to take providence. We are all high sp characters who had to outnumber the bitter vets of CVA in order to kill their low sp characters.

CVA, while I like their sandbox, was never a realy strong fighting Ally and they are pritty alone when it comes to blues. Test has 4 times the numbers (and still need to hire PL? rofl, mega fail) AND 10 times the numbers as blues. Something new would be, if they decide to attack a even numbered enemy like ... DRF? They're our friends and we chose to deploy together after having fun kicking brick/mm out of delve together. EDIT: Who knows what were going to do after the patch hits and winter comes. What do you do when all of null is set NAP/NIP? There's no more war. No more point to log in then. Maybe an occasional gank but that's it. Since there would be no more conflict ther will be no more market. No market and all of EVE dries up. It dries up and you have no game to play. You may claim that as winning but winning at EVE is to not play at all. That kind of winning is like finishing 12th in a race but you get a trophy anyway because "we're all winners inside". In that scenario it's the players that destroy EVE. Not CCP. They finally moved on the scap nerf but it's already too late to work slowly. 2 things have to happen. A radical nerf of all cap and supercap ships to prevent the kind of I win button that's already happen. Second, the complete destruction and rebuild of the Alliance/set blue/sov mechanic.
