With WC 4, the Serp/Gurista version anyway, it's dead simple to clear the first room if you take a couple of important steps.
The first step is to bring Warden sentry drones. If you don't have the skills for Sents, you shouldn't be bringing a Domi on L4's. ;)
The second step is to IMMEDIATELY move away from the Guristas at max speed with AB on....if you angle it right, you'll be about 150-160km from the Guristas when the Guardain Vets tackle you. Release your lights, kill a Vet, scoop the lights, lather rinse repeat until all the vets are down. By scooping, you avoid the incoming missile/torp fire (and only the torps will hit at that range), and every time you scoop, the Guristas turn around and start heading home.
Once the Vets are down, deploy your sents, and start picking off the incoming cruisers first, and scoop the sents between each kill. That leaves you with the BS's, and if you're lucky, they're all still in effective range of your sents...if not, scoop the sents and send out your Wasps...and if you're using the wasps, take this time to move your ship further away from the Guristas.
With T1 heavies and/or low heavy drone/BS skills, you'll need to recall the Wasps at least once for each BS you take down, to avoid missile fire. Once the close-range Serp BS's are down, stop again, deploy the sents, and take out the Dominix rats, once again keeping an eye on incoming Guristas fire, and scooping as needed. Do NOT let the Guristas get within 110-120km of you or they will target you after the drones are scooped.
Once you've cleared the last Serp rat, you can truck on over and handle the Gurista spawn, or warp out and back in if you're too far out. Rest of the mission is easy, pick your gate, setup your tank, and kill, keeping normal drone control rules in mind.
With Serpentis 'ganza room 3, tank the guys that agro on jump in, while moving 60-80km away from the other clumps of Serps, before you release your drones. There's no tacklers in that group, so it's easy to deal with.
With Angels 'ganza, well, you're just going to have to learn to deal with the agro, only a few times have I managed to do that without getting the whole room on me. Doable, but a pain.
With Serp Vengeance, in the first room move away from the spawns while tanking the incoming fire, just like you do in Serp 'ganza, before releasing your drones. In the last room, NOS Jipon early and he won't MWD away..just keep the NOS on him as you drop the rest of the rats, and be sure to pack Thermal drones to deal with him.
As for skills, I'd say that if you don't have at least T2 light/medium drones and/or sentry drones and can use T2 or afford faction hardeners/reppers, it's going to be very difficult. And don't be afraid to change your fitting for every mission...some missions I'll bring a lot of heavy rails, some I'll just bring a popgun for agro, some missions I need/want an AB, some missions I need 5 hardeners, etc...
