If a player is causing such troubles, especially if they have been banned for it before and are repeating their offenses, I believe the proper action to take by a player is to file a support ticket. Coming here will only likely get your thread locked, as it's hardly the way to go for reporting these sort of things.
Once you have filed a ticket (or, if you still need to file a ticket and don't know how), you can go to https://community.eveonline.com/support/support-tickets/ and then click on "my tickets" on the left column to view the status of your tickets (if you don't see any tickets or any of your characters listed, you need to click on the orange "login" button near the top left. |

I have never heard that quoting local channels in the forums is a breach of the "EULA " or any other EVE Online "Terms of Service"

P.S. I don't care if it IS him or not ... Whether it is the same human being or an old enough character to accurately emulate him, I simply hope to advise other players that this character exists and IS or PRETENDS to be the original Socratic char. I am sure his gameplay and actions will be the same in any case.
Should actual gameplay from this char break any rules, I shall forward the details via a petition but it took like a couple years to get rid of him from Arnon before and it was pain.
I just hope this post will serve as an alert and maybe even COA for those of us that knew this char many years ago ... and we will see from there .

This is no good representation of what Socratic DID over the years ... it is only an example of how many people wanted to contribute to punishing him for it.
MOST of his rants and raves here in the forum have been wiped as of shortly after his "perma ban"

Actually, now you mention this, there is always a need for kind-hearted experienced players in Arnon to help n00bs get over some Sisters of EVE Arc Mission "humps", especially the last mission. I don't suggest anyone camp out there for arduous amounts of time, however, now and again to be helpful would be very ... helpful! It would also keep n00bs out of the clutches of no account scoundrels such as...Socratic (apparently.) Ultimately, it's just a nice thing to do if you have the time and inclination. Actually, now you mention this, there is always a need for kind-hearted experienced players in Arnon to help n00bs get over some Sisters of EVE Arc Mission "humps", especially the last mission. I don't suggest anyone camp out there for arduous amounts of time, however, now and again to be helpful would be very ... helpful! It would also keep n00bs out of the clutches of no account scoundrels such as...Socratic (apparently.) Ultimately, it's just a nice thing to do if you have the time and inclination.
