Are there plans to publish the full list of all cards (and their effects and rarity) anytime in the near future?

Well, the CCG website is getting redesigned this week, so I suspect it will have more in-depth info for the game since it is very near release. We can hope so.

We can always start a thread on it, and compile lists of our own. Like in any other CCG. -- V.H. |

There are numbers on the beta 1.0 cards from fanfest ¦05, I have one at home and will check when I get there later today (@work atm) - but I think the beta was around 240 Cards.

update:
240 Cards is correct - you can check the preview.pdf on EVE-CCG- the Cards show xxx/240.

Wowie!! That's gonna be like $40 worth of card protectors and binders for a full set.
Anyone have card collection/display ideas? Pretty new to the whole CCG thing having sold off all my Magic cards a decade ago or so. -- Lil Miner Newbie Skills Roadmap | Visual Building Guide (Both work in game too!) |

The easy way to store and collect cards:
Buy a full box of folder sleeves (costs like ú15, and you'll never need another box, even with new expansions)
Buy M:TG sleeve packs (they come in packs of 60, which is perfect for Eve Decks)
Buy a couple of extra packs for your cards that dont go in deck (regions, starbase, etc)
Buy some binders; you dont need expensive Ultra-Pro ones, cheap ones from a stationery store will do if you want to save cash.
Buy some good boxes to carry your decks in. You can buy custom ones from Ultra-Pro etc, or you can buy random plastic boxes or whatever from stationery shops and such.
It all depends on how much money you want to spend and how much gamer-chic you want, really :)

Edited by: Sharael on 28/07/2006 12:17:08 I'm eagerly awaiting my pre-order as I'm sure many of you are as well. Being new at the entire CCG collecting part I've never bought any deck protectors before. Can someone either explain to me what best to buy to keep the cards in pristine condition while still being able to play with them ?
I was thinking along the lines of a Ultra-Pro deck box to store them and then sleeves (transparant) around the cards that keep them protected while playing? But which sleeves.. had a look at the ultra-pro site but find it confusing. Or maybe I dont want sleeves but deck protectors, or maybe toploaders, or.. or... |

Piazo should be good: http://paizo.com/store/gameAids/cardProtectors
possibly Shuffle and Cut: http://www.shuffleandcut.com/content/page/game/game/1/product/1004/MTG_Sleeves.html
or you can look up Rook or Ultra Pro by brand, these are the two better quality for Magic that I know of

Edited by: Vir Hellnamin on 01/08/2006 05:40:51 Ultra-Pro shields and binders are still the ones that I prefer, but in Europe there's a Danish (sp?, i.e. from Denmark) manufacturer, product named Dragonshields, for gaming card sleeves(sp?) that a bit cheaper, but with more cooler colors - like silver and pink :-) -- V.H. |
