Perhaps if it was related to the remaining mass of the WH rather then the mass of the ships passing through?
Higher mass = further away from WH after jumping
Lower mass = closer to WH after jumping
Perhaps both?
Or even randomizing depending on WH effects or WH signature type?
Or a mix of a couple of these?
Variables that could all be figured out with time but would add at least some dimension of homefield advantage to those who understand their home WH's effects on ship jumping. |

The sigh is mostly about posting this thread to reverse the recent change after the whole wh community was against it. |

Fozzie needs to work on putting in these changes.
The first iteration should have placed the ship in a random spot in the system, forcing you to scan down the original hole. Then after the outrage he could have scaled it back to what he wanted.
