It appears that players in Sweden and surrounding areas are experiencing some connection issues due to the content delivery partner we use in Sweden, we have already contacted them and they are working on resolving the problem. This was caused by some impromptu maintenance which had to be carried out right away.
Hopefully it will be resolved soon. |

Are there any players here from Slovenia that have been affected by this and could run a traceroute for us?

Have players here been able to connect (both from Sweden and Slovenia) without changing the DNS?
Please file tickets in Billing / Login Issues if you were affected by this and we'll compensate those that were. |

Hey all,
Our contact with the Swedish providers believe the issue is now resolved. If you were connecting from Sweden and have changed your DNS to an alternate one can you revert back to your providers DNS and reply to this thread letting us know if the problem persists.

Can players still experiencing issues and getting the error message "Server Can Not Be Reached" shoot me an EVE mail with their IP address and the IP address of the DNS server they're using.
We appreciate it. |

The issues surrounding Slovenian ISPs should now be fixed, using the old DNS should work. Let us know if you're still having issues |
