Can players still experiencing issues and getting the error message "Server Can Not Be Reached" shoot me an EVE mail with their IP address and the IP address of the DNS server they're using.

Gday from Japan, I have let my alt accounts expire and I am considering my main, I have not had a good time of eve recently due to the inability to log in.
I am a corp CEO and an AT XII competitor for CO2 , I cannot log into to practice for our next fight tomorrow night.
Hell I hope I can compete.

Hello. Im am also from Slovenia. I really dont know how to change DNS? or whatever? the IPV I dont know. Im not an expert for that. Can CCP also resolve for the players from Slovenia? Many of us still cannot connect to the server. Neither Singularity or Tranquility. I tryed both. I also reinstalled. Same problem. I dont know. Just resolve this fast please. I have to put my skills on. My skills arent training so please fix that quickly.

I switched back to the my ISP's DNS server addresses and the situation is still the same I believe.
My client works since it is fully updated (tnx to a dns change) but the images and stuff still not loading properly so I have a feeling will be the same at next pach.
You can see a screenshoot of my client here

It's not the problem with EVE servers, it's the issue with Telekom/SIOL's DNS servers.
CCP is aware of the issue, but they can't really 'fix' it, since the problem lies in Telekom hardware. So blame/call Telekom and report the issue.
Just use ARNES DNS servers, they are better anyway:

If you don't have the knowledge of how to change your DNS, then, yes, you may call SIOL tech and explain to them that you would like to change your DNS settings. They have the ability to remotely access your modem IF you are using modems built-in router functionalities. If you are using standalone router connected to modem, you will have to change them manually. |

OK...I update my client with using Google public DNS. I also get in the game after that.
Then I change my network settings back to default. I can also launch the game. But if new patch came out louncher can't be updated (default DNS settings for Slovenia still doesn't work).
BTW...I'm using Siol/Telekom.
At least i can play game again :) |

Just confirming Telekom's dns servers work fine now, so anyone from Slovenia still having issues updating/launcher has a different problem.
