WTS Myself. Starting at 13b, B/O 17b. (I've seen worse chars go for more and better chars go for less).

Leveled as a 2nd char, and done with it. Skill emphasis on subcap ships with appropriate T2 combat modules (shields, armor, turrets, etc).
Has a number of secondary ship roles (transport ships, freighters), some of which can be trained up to completeness without too much work (logis, interdictors). Can also fly Loki's.
Also has secondary utility: has access to level 4 research agents, good but not perfect PI and scanning.
tl;dr, lots of Perc/Willpower skills, some utility. Not necessarily well-suited to be one of seventeen alts, but good for getting most of what you need on one char.
Positive wallet, no kill rights. Slightly negative sec status (-.43) but can still go everywhere. |
