It was a joke in poor taste, true, but it was still a joke. Have you read Amber Nile's post? That actually happened to he and his wife. It doesn't excuse the ones making the jokes, but it gives an explanation, at least. Also, as far as I can tell, most of these insults have spawned from people spreading rumors such as he was drunk/high/incapacitated. What would you think if heard someone crashed into a truck on a moped while drunk and high on the wrong side of the road?

Without the Swarm there is no point to EVE or to posting on this internet forum. There is no "goodbye." I'd much rather give a warm, hearty hello to BoB and offer up spacemarshmellows to all- except you D2, you had too many already. Combat is glorious. Let chaos rule.
